Acceptance

The terms and conditions appearing hereafter comprise the entire contract  between the  User  (as defined below)  and supersede  al l  prior contracts  between  the  user  regarding  the  subject  matter  contained  herein. By completing the registration process and/or clicking the “I accept” button, you are indicating your contract to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Company as appearing below. 

In this form the following expressions shall have the following meanings defined below:

§         “E-Services” Is defined as the services to be provided by the Company to the User at bsmms.com including the provision of facilities for the following:

1.      A User who wishes to make of posting of resume or curriculum vitae for the purpose of seeking employment

2.      A User who wishes to secure recruitment through bsmms.com and its Internet links.

3.      A User who wishes to insert advertisements at bsmms.com.

4.      User who wishes to receive advertisements and promotional messages on and through emails.

 

Service

§         The Service shall commence on the Commencement Date.
